Thus, we cannot ensure that you will be verified on social media or that your articles or website will appear on the first page of Google for your name, brand name, or any other search term.

2. We cannot guarantee leads or sales, and the amount of traffic generated from our articles may vary.

3. News sites may remove older articles to maintain site freshness. Most publications remain live for 24 months, but some outlets, such as Fox and NCN, may only retain articles for three months.

The services we offer as part of our plans and packages include:

Writing
Our team will research your brand and create a press release article based on the links and information you provide when placing your order. We will always send you the article for review and request any changes before publication.

Publishing
Our team will publish the article you approve (or send us) on various websites. If an article cannot be published, you will have the option of receiving a refund or rewriting the article, or you can request our team to rewrite it if your order included our writing service. Once an article is published, we cannot modify it. We assume no liability for inaccuracies in the publications caused by any party, including ourselves, individual news sites, our publication partners, and our clients. We cannot be held responsible for any damages the publications may cause.

Removal
To request publication removal, please contact us. We charge $300 and typically take one week to remove all publications. We can only remove the entire list of publications for an order, not just a specific publication. Removal is not guaranteed.

Limitations

In no event shall Agency Loud or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials or services on Agency Loud’s website, even if Agency Loud or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials
