If we are unable to publish your news story on the news outlets included in your selected package, you are entitled to a full refund. In this scenario, we may also provide the option to redo your order. However, you always have the choice to receive a full refund if you prefer. Please ensure to check the “Accepted Topics” section when purchasing your package to confirm that your topic is acceptable. If your topic is not permitted, a refund cannot be issued.
Refunds During the Publishing Process
Requests for refunds during the publishing process will be declined. Once publication has begun, we cannot halt the process, nor can we recover the costs associated with publishing an article. Please review your article carefully before submission or approval for publication. We strive to ensure that your article is free of errors; however, it is your responsibility to verify that:
- The article meets your specifications.
- The business contact information is accurate, as it will be included in the live publication.
- Spelling and grammar are correct.
- The keywords you provided are utilized.
- All links function properly.
- Any desired images/videos are included and appropriately positioned within the article.
Refunds After Order Completion
If the text of the article you provided or approved does not match what is published, you can request a free removal and republish. This policy does not cover discrepancies in formatting or image/video placement since these are controlled by each news site.
If your news story is not published on the minimum number of news sites specified in your package, you are entitled to a full refund as per our Money-Back Guarantee. Other refund requests will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Refund requests will be evaluated within 24 hours of receipt, with approvals or denials based on our policy.
Credit card refunds will typically appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the same bank account or card used for payment; we cannot issue refunds to a different account.
